Mr. Jackson was amazing with helping us purchase our first home. It was a new build so the process was stressful at times but he was excellent with keeping us informed throughout the ENTIRE process. He was always in contact between myself and our contractors and made the process so easy for us even during our most frustrating times. He answered all of our questions and if he didn’t have the answer, he didn’t stop until someone else did! We’ve worked with Harold on the commercial side as well as the residential side and I have to say both transactions were relatively quick and seamless! We were in search of a building for our church and he was able to negotiate a great deal below list price within our budget. Harold is super professional; he gives “it’s about what my clients’ want” vibes, and he’s very realistic- we all know those realtors who show you something you GENUINELY can’t afford and didn’t WANT to afford and you’re just like “why the heck are we here”. The best part about our home buying process was the communication; VERY responsive and informative, you really feel like you understand every step in the process and that you’re never left in the dark about anything. Overall, my husband and I were VERY pleased and can’t wait to sell our current home and look for our forever home with him in the future !

Harold is a very knowledgeable real estate agent here in Jacksonville , FL and if he doesn’t know he is extremely quick getting an answer. . This is my 2nd time going through real estate process with him this time we were selling a home. The whole process took about two weeks !
