Harrison Hyde – Founder, Hyde Real Estate Services, Inc.
Before founding Hyde Real Estate Services, Harrison Hyde spent a decade as an investment sales broker, working across a diverse range of property types and asset classes. He began his real estate career at Lyon Stahl, focusing on multifamily investment properties. He then expanded into retail and commercial investment sales and leasing with Highland Partners Corp and Westpac Partners.
Over the course of his career, Harrison has successfully facilitated numerous investment and development transactions involving multifamily, mixed-use retail, quick-service restaurants, self-storage, industrial, and religious facilities. In addition to working with property owners and developers, he also represents a variety of tenants — including national brands and regional operators — supporting their market expansion efforts in Southern California and across the country.
Harrison provides end-to-end representation for his clients, including site selection, LOI negotiations, and lease restructuring. His deep understanding of market trends and commitment to finding creative solutions have made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
Outside of work, Harrison enjoys golfing, long-distance running, reading, art collecting and brokering, and spending quality time with family and friends. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the University of Redlands.
