Harrison leads The Klein Group, focusing on industrial, office and adaptive reuse opportunities in New England. He was the top producing agent in the Boston office of Marcus & Millichap in 2019, won the Connect CRE’s 2021 next generation award, and leads one of the top teams in the Boston office. By focusing on his clients full set of needs, not just selling a building, Harrison often identifies creative solutions for his clients. Mr. Klein expects to build long term relationships where he can add value at purchase, during the holding period and during the sale/exchange.
The Klein Group (TKG) was founded in 2018 and has quickly expanded to four agents and a marketing coordinator. Focusing on Industrial, Office and Adaptive Reuse properties within 1.5 hours of Boston, the team has quickly eclipsed $100 million in sales and thirty transactions. By operating as a collaborative team they are able to maximize exposure for their exclusive inventory. Through their connections to agents in the New York City offices they regularly source offers from New York investors looking to enter the New England Market. Through mentorship Harrison has grown his organizations reach, skillset and diversity of ideas.
Harrison was first exposed to real estate investments as a child, collecting quarters from the laundry machines at his family's property. With no “real” jobs available in 2010 when he graduated from The University of Miami, Harrison joined Sperry Van Ness and quickly fell in love with the brokerage business. In Miami, he focused on distressed transactions, completing over 150 distressed sales in five years. In 2016 he moved back to Boston and quickly got to work building what would become The Klein Group.
When not helping his clients achieve their goals, Harrison can be found cycling, hiking in the White Mountains and spending time with his son Theodore and wife Laura.
