Harry Collison

Harry is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). In addition, Harry is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Registered Real Estate Broker and Subject Matter Expert. Over the past 40 years, he has overseen billions of dollars in asset valuation and acquisitions/depositions for a nationwide base of government, private and institutional clients. Harry has testified extensively as an expert witness in various judicial circuits and federal courts in matters of eminent domain, casualty losses, bankruptcy, and torts where real property values were an issue. Harry is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for a $4.6 billion portfolio of office, retail and multifamily assets within a 16-state platform.

Harry received a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College and an M.B.A. from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College where he was the adjunct professor of real estate for 14 years.
