Harry Hui

Harry Hui is the Broker-Owner of EXIT Excel Realty and RPM Financial, entities of Hui Financial Inc, in Millbrae, California. Harry is a San Francisco and Peninsula resident of over 40 years.

Since 1988, Harry has provided assistance to clients in need of real estate sales and finance. Harry also specializes in income taxation for individuals with real estate properties. The knowledge and expertise that he has gained through the years in real estate industry and tax adviser role allow him to present a sound financial decisions for prospective first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers and for investors. Through workshops and editorials, Harry’s goal is to educate clients on the tax benefits of home ownership and/or wealth building through investment properties. Not only is the right mortgage very important to meet desire goals, home preservation is equally important. Having earned the California Association of Realtor's Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification, Harry can present all suitable options for distress homeowners and interpret the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act of 2007.
