Harry Moore helped me to purchase my last apartment as well as later helping me to sell it. Harry helped me to find the place that most suited my needs. I could not have been more pleased with how smoothly the two transactions took place. Harry knows the market very well and got me a price that I am very happy with. I will definitely return to Harry for assistance should I find myself looking for housing in the DMV again and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone else.

We were very happy with the service we received from Harry when selling our Bethesda home. We chose Harry over another realtor because of his honest assessment of our options and the completeness of his strategy. He facilitated our work with contractors and demonstrated the sense of urgency that we demanded while preparing the house for sale. He did his job while also educating us on aspects of the sale that we could effect like staging and navigating covid restrictions.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers and during our search our friends recommended Harry. Harry was extremely professional, knowledgable, and most importantly (to us), he was patient. When we toured houses, Harry answered all of our questions in detail and raised additional aspects which we did not at first consider. When we were ready to make an offer, he walked us through the entire process and explained the legalize which we appreciated. He was responsive and provided accurate information from day one. We are truly over joyed with our final purchase and could not have done this without Harry's guidance. Harry continues to stay in touch with us as we settle into our new house. Harry was extremely helpful with the purchase of my first condo. He made sure I understood everything that was going on and helped me understand why a particular place me be a good fit or not a good fit for me. He also showed up on time to each and every appointment which is huge for me because I’m a stickler for that sort of thing. Overall, I’m very happy with the services he provided and I plan on using him for any future sales or purchases.

Harry was an excellent agent for me and my wife as we purchased our first home. He made sure we understood all the ins and outs of home buying and how to approach open houses. We now know more than we ever thought about identifying good cabinetry, AC systems, foundations, flooring etc. It's a testament to how much he cares about his clients and ensures they land in the right place for them. He is a DMV native and knows the area so well, which made navigating the various neighborhoods easier based on our wish list. We also appreciated working with his team when going through final stages of making an offer and reviewing contracts. They made sure we didn't miss anything and that all our ducks were in a row. I would definitely recommend Harry to any first-time (or other) home buyer.

Five years ago I talked with my husband about the possibility of moving away from DC because I was intimidated by the real estate. I didn’t think it was for me. Property here is expensive, confusing, and competitive. And then we found Harry. He taught us so much, and gave us the confidence to not only purchase our first property, a condo, but later our forever-home in our dream neighborhood. He truly turned one of my biggest anxieties into one of our proudest accomplishments.

Harry is a seasoned real estate professional who grew up in DC and has worked as a realtor this area since 1994. We worked with Harry for three transactions - purchasing our first condo in McLean Gardens, DC in 2015, then selling that condo and purchasing a standalone home in Kent, DC in 2018.

I can’t tell you how many times people have told me my husband and I have “gotten lucky” with real estate. I tell them we didn’t get lucky - we hired the right realtor.

Harry is a great agent! I was a first time home buyer and didn't know much about the process of making an offer and buying a home. From watching the HGTV it seemed like you just make an offer in terms of how much you're willing to pay. It was hard for me to understand the need for signing all of the contracts just to make an offer. Harry explained the process and helped me understand why it was necessary. Then I decided that the first place I made an offer on was not best for me. He did not get upset even though his colleague was representing the seller. Instead he helped me fine the place that was a great fit for me. He also guided me through the negotiations and we arrived at a great price. Harry is great and seems to have infinite patience!

Harry was a consummate professional through the entire process of getting my house sold. He showed up on Day 1 with a packet of extensive research -- about both the neighborhood and the current market -- which he broke down in such a way that my wife and I could easily understand and act upon. He did a great job of keeping us in the loop through the entire process, and helping us make key decisions (dates, price, house prep, etc). Most importantly, the house he helped us sell went on the market on a Thursday, had an open house the following Sunday, and then was under contract on the Tuesday after that! Five stars.

This was my fourth time buying property, but the first time I felt like my realtor was was working for me and not just the commission. He knows all the questions you will wish you would have asked, before it's too late. Choosing a place to buy is hard. Choosing Harry isn't.
