I honestly don’t know where to begin with how much we absolutely adore Harsha. We met by chance and she has helped us not only find our dream home but walked us through a year long process of all of the unknowns. She knew when the market was right to both sell and buy. Professionally, she honestly cannot be outdone. She knows this market and industry and is motivated and brilliant. My husband and I loved to go see houses with her (we looked forward to all of our adventures!) and she somehow made the daunting both fun and easy. Harsha is extremely detail oriented and never once was overbearing. This entire process was extremely overwhelming for our family and she held our hand the entire way through. On a human level, she is now considered family to us. Harsha is warm, kind, compassionate, funny and simply the best. Our daughters were equally enamored by her and lovingly call her Harsh Magarsh 🖤 She is SO talented and I would recommend anyone looking for a genuine soul while buying or selling to use her as their realtor, especially if you want the process to feel organic. We were able to both sell and close on the same day once we found our forever landing. There is something truly special and unique about both her and her team.

Harsha was amazing at helping us find.....our dream home in Green Oaks, Illinois.

She was always encouraging and supportive, while also respectful of our budget. She was always on our side.

She listened intently to our needs while never pushing us beyond our budget.

Harsha gave us space to make our decisions personally and always respected our boundaries.

She also continually informed us about properties at both the top and low ends of our budget.

Harsha is honest, knowledgeable and very competent. She is a true leader in this field.

Harsha spent significant personal time (after work hours on many nights) and also during weekends answering our questions, showing us homes and addressing our personal needs.

Harsha is a true professional and I cannot say more good about her experience and abilities as a real estate agent.

She's also very caring and empathetic and is very in tune to the emotions of buyers. We all know the emotional rollar coaster involved while buying a house!

This review only goes to 5 stars but we would give Harsha Gohil 10 or more stars if we could!

We are very lucky to have been referred to Harsha and highly recommend her! We will work with Harsha again in a heartbeat. We couldn't recommend Harsha more. She's amazing!

I would definitely recommend her as she helped us find our dream home. She is an amazing agent and a wonderful person with a lot of patience. She has very good hold on all the properties information. Couple of qualities which I really liked was that she would always answer the phone call or get back to your call ASAP. The other one was that she would return back with answers for any unknown information on the same day. She would also follow-up on every stage of home closing making sure everything goes smooth. Overall, she is a Rockstar Agent and I bet you would say the same after working with her.

Every realtor says that they represent their client's best interest but having worked with few of them in the past, it is easy to see who does their job and who cares. Showing multiple properties, never being impatient during showings, accommodating last minute changes, asking clients to fill out forms timely, raise certain issues during the deal process, connecting clients to contractors during inspections, quotes etc is something most realtors do but Harsha goes beyond these mechanical tasks. She was always available to me and my family and most times would pick up the phone within 4 rings. Not many realtors can boast of this metric. She truly cared about the outcomes and when it comes to establishing trust with, I do not know if I would be comfortable with someone else besides Harsha. For folks like us (out of town homebuyers) she was a real god sent person and I wish her the very best in the future. Two thumbs up!!
