Hazel and I went on a home buying JOURNEY together. She walked me through the entire adventure, answered all my (many) questions, and helped me navigate a somewhat complex deal. She suggested experienced professionals for home inspection, moisture and termite inspection and even had recommendations for mortgage lenders. I had an entire team of well-qualified professionals behind me thanks to her. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind throughout the transaction. I bought my home in a crazy market, for a great deal and in a time crunch. There is no way I could have done it without her. I highly recommend that you use her for your next home buying experience.

Hazel made the process of selling my home enjoyable and worked with me every step of the way. I was nervous to even put my home on the market and she reassured me by showing me homes that were comparable and keeping me up to date on the market. Hazel explained to me the things I should make sure we’re done and then set up the pictures and everything for me. I left to go out of town the weekend that Hazel took my house live. She had offers waiting for me when I got home and my home was sold within 4 days of listing it. Everything that needed to be done Hazel handled. If I had to work and couldn’t make it to the house for the appraisal or inspections she was always there to make sure the house was accessible. All I can say is if you want to feel like you matter and make buying or selling a home an enjoyable experience and not a scary one go with Hazel and never look back.
