About HAZEL

Born and raised in Ireland, I came to Cape Coral from Ireland in 2001, loved it and stayed! Started in North Fort Myers as co-owner of O'Sullivan's Irish Restaurant, went on to be a photographer at Nautilus Photography. With a growing passion for the real estate industry in southwest Florida, in January 2014 I became a realtor. Since becoming a realtor working with buyers and sellers I have listed and sold lots, condos and single family homes, managed and rented annual rentals for landlords and tenants. I continue to further my education to better serve my clients, I hold the Accredited Buyers Representative and Pricing Strategy Advisor designations as a result of advanced training in pricing, market analysis and negotiating skills.

Having moved here from afar and now living locally I understand the concerns and questions people who are moving here for the first time may have. I've lived here for 16 years and I have great local knowledge. As a photographer I see the the best angles and ways to present your property for maximum result!
