I’ve always been very picky with choosing an agent. I need someone that first will take the time to understand my needs, but also will vigorously fight for my best interests out there. Hazel not only prove me she fitted the bill, but she has a very comforting way to help. I ended up buying 2 houses with her. Hazel Rosete been very pleasant to work with. Took us months to find the right home and Hazel never once force us into a house. She was patient and very thorough as we are a first time home buyer. In the market in San Diego, she was able to get us into a home without paying over appraisal! Unheard of in SD housing market. Let her guide you and she will help you find the home for you! Highly recommend to our friends. We are Active duty service members and she knows all the ins and outs of VA loans as well. We are blessed to have her. She was also recommended by friends here in SD. As first time home buyers, going into the process can be quite intimidating and overwhelming. Knowing where to even begin is the hardest step. Hazel was recommended by a mutual friend, and we couldn’t be more thankful that our paths crossed. Earlier this year, my husband and I started discussing possibly buying a home. Hazel came highly recommended by our family and friends who have worked with her before. So we decided to meet with her to get more information about the process. Hazel is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. After our first meeting, we felt very comfortable moving forward with her as our realtor. I am so happy we did, because after looking at a handful of properties, an offer we put in was accepted over so many!! We are active duty military overseas and we entrusted Hazel to take care of all aspects of selling our property. She was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. In addition to being great at her job, she was kind and patient. Being overseas, I appreciated her weekly updates on the condo staging, online advertising, handling of repairs, coordination with the HOA, etc. I also appreciated her insight into the market, and her understanding of not just the administrative aspect of selling the property, but also the technical aspect of the property (such as recommendation on cost of repairs). Everything was easy and convenient. Hazel and her team are highly recommended!!

Yes! We took the plunge in this crazy market and purchased our 1st Home. I found Hazel via social media in the summer of 2020. I had spoken to a few other realtors before and felt pressured into buying a home and I just wanted to hide and not answer my phone. When I found Hazel online I took the chance of not knowing anything about her and gave her the opportunity, we are very happy we did. I let Hazel know that I don't like to feel pressured and I want to take my time. I sensed a good vibe when I spoke with her, I never felt the pressure of someone trying to make the next sale. She gave me my space and asked me for my area's of interest, although I really didn't know what I wanted she sent me a variety of homes around San Diego County within my desired budget. I met Hazel after a resounding recommendation from a business partner. I am a first time home buyer with no idea on how to do anything- loan types, possible problems when looking at homes, or contractors for changes I wanted to make afterwards. Hazel walked me through all of that, showing me potential problems with termites, connecting me to an amazing lender, and contractors for all my home improvements after the fact. Also would like to note I’m in the military... so my hours are all over the place she showed listings with little or no notice, was very flexible also with last minute obligations where I had to cancel. Her responses were prompt at all hours of the day. The best experience I could have. I ended up with my dream home with a CREDIT at closing and an unbelievably low rate. Hazel is such a great help for us. From the start when we consulted her regarding either selling or having our house for rent with our PCs order, she made us understood both options. She gave us time to think and weigh things out. After our family took vacation, we finally decided to sell our 1st home. She did run the number for us and make us see of what needs to be done. From the time she gave us time frame of decluttering the house, staging the house for selling it out, open communication for everything that we need to know and do. It may sound alot of things to be done, but with her help and support, we made it through. Just from the time we did the open house, offers were coming in and accepted an offer with the week.
