Heather helped my wife and me secure our DREAM HOME together in Temecula, CA with ease and confidence.

We were moving to Temecula from another city, so we were nervous about not having any contacts there. We were fortunate enough to meet Heather at an open house -- and we instantly hit it off with her.

In addition to being very warm and personable, Heather is extremely knowledgeable and competent as an agent. She helped us negotiate a winning offer in a HIGHLY competitive market (on a property that received multiple offers).

Beyond that, Heather had relationships with great lenders, who were able to get us significantly better rates than we were quoted elsewhere.

Lastly, Heather has tremendous communication and organizational skills. Buying a home can be an extremely stressful process, especially when random things pop up that can impact your escrow timelines, relationships with different parties, and financing.

Nonetheless, Heather helped us navigate these things with total grace, and did a great job of expectation setting throughout the process. Moreover, she was always accessible and responsive, which we really appreciated.

All in all, Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with, and is someone who my wife and I now consider to be a good friend.
