Heather Archer, a native of a very small town called Blenheim, SC, graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2004 where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management and Minor in Fashion Merchandising. She spent the majority of her summers and holidays visiting family in Wilmington and knew at an early age that this area is where she wanted to establish a life and raise a family. After graduating from college, she moved to Wilmington and began working in the banking industry. Her love and fascination for the beach and real estate led her to obtain her Real Estate license shortly after. In 2008, Heather married Harry Walter Archer II (known as Chip) and they now have two children, Harry Walter Archer III (known as Nolan), and Hazel Reese Archer, along with three four-legged babies, their Yorkies, Reece, Snickers and Twix. In her free time, she loves the beach, boating, scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Working in land sales for about 2 years, then onsite with a local builder for 6 years, Heather has an expertise in new home construction, and she has found great joy in helping buyers build their perfect home.
