We worked with Heather both remotely and in person over three years to find a multi generation house in VT. The houses/properties she showed us aligned with our goals, priorities and limitations. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out the positive and negative characteristics of electrical, plumbing and heating systems as well as structural strengths and weaknesses of a building and advantages or drawbacks to the topography of the land. Heather is a very gregarious and patient person who is respectful of her clients’ individuality. Her communication skills with all parties involved in a real estate transaction are excellent. Heather is a selfless realtor who goes to great lengths to help her buyers/sellers. She helped us look for our new home for 2+ years, helping us navigate and find what we really wanted.
