Heather helped my siblings and myself with the sale of our parents home. Heather went above and beyond helping us sell this home. She worked well with all of us even though one sibling was out of town. She kept in close contact with all of us threw email and text. If any of us had a question we could reach out and she was there with the answer. We sold our home quickly. I would definitely use Heather again for future selling or buying needs. We had lived in our home for 38 years and we definitely did not know how to start the selling process. Heather met with us in a round table discussion along with her trainee, Amara, and she just started us off and we flew through the process and the outcome was….that our house sold in 3 weeks. This team is most professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the market. We could not have had a more positive experience.

Heather was wonderful to work with. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She walked me throughout the whole process of selling our house. She helped by giving me advice on things like what to paint and how to stage things so we could make top dollar on the sale of our home. My husband's company has a relocation team that was part of the selling equation. Our relocation specialist made a comment about how courteous Heather was and how prompt she was submitting paperwork. She was extremely patient with me as I kept postponing the day we would go "live." I was soo pleased with Heather that I sent her to my Mother to help her sell her house.

Heather was amazing! She was such a big part of helping us find our first home. Entering into this crazy housing market, not knowing anything about buying a house was a bit overwhelming at first. But Heather was there for us every step of the way. She gave us words of encouragement when we thought we’d never find the right house, she answered any questions we had along the way, and calmed our nerves when it was finally time to sign those important papers. I could not recommend her enough! If the time ever comes where we need to find another house, Heather will be the first person we run to.

The sale of my house was an emotional one for me. Heather was attentive, professional and she was my rock. I hit every stage of emotion on our journey together. Heather had her hands full with my emotions at times and she NEVER WAVERED. We hit a few bumps in the road and Heather quickly resolved those issues. I can see why it’s important to have a realtor to represent you. Some Buyer’s and Realtors can be sneaky with their wording on paper. You need to make sure you have your representative (realtor/broker) comb through every detail. What a journey it was. I got asking price for my home and all was well!!!

Heather did an outstanding job find us our new home. She is very a dedicated realtor -- so much so that even after an accident injured her back, she still found a way to show us homes. Heather not only does her homework based on the home criteria you give her -- when asked she will also give you a clear un-varnished opinion on houses you looking at. She doesn't just want to get you into any home -- she wants to get you into the perfect home for you. I would definitely call heather again to buy or sell a home.
