Heather Boldizsar’s love for lakes started young as she grew up a block away from the lake. Now, she lives lakefront on Tim’s Ford Lake, where she helps others find their dream lake property.

Heather has been boating on Tim’s Ford Lake for over nine years and knows it like the back of her hand. Through her own lakefront purchase, she has learned the process of TVA dock permits, shoreline setbacks, and other nuances specific to Tim’s Ford. Her combined experiences truly help her clientele with every aspect of picking a lake property.

Previously a medical device representative, Heather’s new goal is to help other families meet their goal of owning lakefront properties. “Lake homes bring so much joy to a family, and being a part of that milestone is truly an honor,” Heather says.

Heather and her husband, Bill, have been together for 20 years. The two have two children who are starting their adult lives. The lake life has always brought them closer as a family and her fondest family memories are at the lake. Heather also enjoys watersports, cooking, yoga, and travel.
