Heather is amazing and is what every Realtor should strive to be. She is a true professional; to her, it’s not just about setting up a profile and showing houses. She really strives to understand what you are looking for so you aren’t wasting time. We had very specific needs and she went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect house and I truly felt she was a strong advocate for us throughout the whole process. And then, when it came time to sell our previous home, she was incredibly proactive to keep the interest heightened and, I feel, that devoted attention worked. We were able to sell quickly in spite of a difficult market. I hope to never move again, lol, but if I need to, Heather will be my go-to Realtor.

Heather is that special kind of agent - educated, knowledgeable, practical, and caring. She has her clients' backs, guiding them through every aspect of the sales process. As a home stager on her team, I respect that if something needs doing, Heather will roll up her sleeves, bring her wonderful assistant Traci along, and help get that job done! Recently, Heather's homeowner clients had done all the work needed to prepare their property for market, but had packed the art and decor items that make a house feel like home. Heather knows when staging is needed to get that feeling of a "welcoming home" that brings a quicker sale at maximum ROI; so together we staged the property. An offer followed quickly. I highly recommend Heather. She will go the extra mile looking out for your best interests.

We were first time home buyers and we couldn’t have had better help or realtor! Heather has been amazing since day one. She found the home that met all of our needs and wants, coached us and helped us through the process of buying a home. We always felt like she did all that she could to benefit us. My wife and I worked with Heather on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new home. When we first reached out to Heather, she came prepared to talk to us about the market, challenges in the market, and what we can expect if we look to buy and sell.

Her expertise and customer service was unmatched. Heather was there for us to show us homes, talk through things about the homes that we may not have noticed (both the good and the bad), and ultimately led us to a home that the wife and I both loved. It checked all of our boxes, but beyond that - we purchased in a hyper competitive market. Heather was able to structure our offer in a way that allowed us to be chosen by the seller while maintaining a reasonable purchase price for the home. She worked with the seller's real estate agent to determine what was important to the sellers, and I believe that this communication is what made our offer stand out. In the hyper competitive market, we put in one offer and had one accept.

On the sale side, Heather was able to review the comps in our neighborhood, and while it had been months since a home had sold (no one was really selling) in our neighborhood, we were able to agree upon what we considered a fair selling price, with the intent to attract multiple buyers, and get not only the best price, but best structured offer for our home. The house was on the market for 3 days. During that time, we received multiple offers, strongly structured, and over asking price. Heather helped us clearly understand what the pros and cons of each offer were, so that we could make an informed decision as to which offer we thought was the best for our situation.

Heather was with us every step of the way, providing guidance, encouragement, and information. The entire process was five stars. If you are lookin to sell a home or purchase a home - make sure that you have a conversation with Heather before selecting an agent. She is trustworthy and focused on making sure your experience is fantastic, and that you are confident in each decision along the way.

My husband and I had been looking for about 3 years for a new home to "downsize". I wasn't particularly happy with the realtor we had been dealing with for many months and friend recommended Heather to us. Heather fit in with us immediately! She showed us quite a few homes to purchase in many areas until we found the ONE! Of course, we chose to build the ONE and Heather was with us during every single step. Her expertise and attitude was second to none. She was always positive, helpful and an advocate for us when needed (it took about 9 months to complete the new home). Naturally, when it came time to sell the home we lived in we gave Heather the listing. All I can say is WOW! Heather was prepping us with great advice to help us get our home ready for sale (fix anything we knew to fix, declutter, pack what we could, etc...). She had a professional photographer come take the listing pictures, including drone photographs. Next, the actual listing going live. Once again, Heather helped this process be as painless as possible. We received multiple offers and she patiently walked us through each one making our selling process much easier. Heather even helped us with builder questions regarding warranty issues after moving into our new home. Heather is hard working, knowledgeable and comforting all in one! She will go the extra mile and research a question if she is uncertain of an answer. If we ever decide to move again, Heather will definitely be both our listing and buying realtor!!
