Heather began her real estate career in 2005 as Closing Coordinator for a large real estate firm in Carolina Beach, NC. During that time, she handled over 40 closings a month and began to learn the real estate industry. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2012 and joined one of the most successful Teams in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area. She served as an Administrative Assistant/Buyers Agent which gave her the "real life" experience needed to fully educate her on every aspect of a real estate transaction. In 2015, she relocated to the Triad area. She quickly realized this was an area that was growing exponentially and joined the Smart Move Group at eXp Realty.
