Heather Busnack

Heather launched her real estate career in 2005 as a Closing Coordinator for a prominent firm in Carolina Beach, NC, managing over 40 closings each month. This fast-paced role gave her an in-depth introduction to the industry and laid the foundation for her future success.

In 2012, she earned her Real Estate License and joined one of the top-producing teams in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area. Serving as both an Administrative Assistant and Buyer’s Agent, Heather gained hands-on experience in every stage of the real estate process, from contract to close.


After relocating to the Triad in 2015, Heather quickly recognized the area’s rapid growth and joined eXp Realty, LLC. She approaches every transaction with dedication, carefully listening to her clients’ needs, negotiating to secure the best possible price, and navigating challenges with ease. Known for her calm and steady demeanor, Heather ensures her clients feel confident and supported from start to finish.
