Heather is amazing! We moved from CO to CA with our CO home sale pending and a rough SD market for buying. Heather worked HARD for us. I have never met someone with such a strong work ethic. She communicated really well, very responsive, kept us updated throughout the whole process. I never felt out of the loop with anything. I would HIGHLY recommend Heather for finding a home in this market! I do not feel we would have found our home here in SD without her. I can’t thank her enough!

It is hard to describe in words the services of Ms. Caden. We were indeed fortunate to have selected her as our representative in the recent sale of our property in Carlsbad. CA. Many factors stand out when thinking of the entire transaction--her honesty and sound judgment in setting the right price for the property, and going about getting an offer exceeding that price. That said, we could have lost several thousands dollars should we have selected another agent. We cannot emphasize enough her good judgment, as well as her promptness in answering all our questions with good cheer. She is indeed an exemplary agent, most professional and trustworthy.

I was referred to Heather Caden from a friend to help sell my home and buy another. I have worked with a few Realtors over the years and I didn’t realize what a good Realtor was until I had the pleasure of working with her.
