Ours was an unusual task: an Estate sale with both Executors residing outside NJ. After our initial consultation (w/ the Hurricane) we knew that we were in very capable hands. Heather was patient as we cleaned out the property, keeping regular tabs on our progress. When it came time to prepare for the listing / showing, her incredible team took care of everything. Once we selected an offer and entered into closing, Heather was incredibly helpful in receiving the CO / Fire Certificates. Heather is fabulous at her job! Pick her...you won't regret it!

That nickname “Hurricane” doesn’t adequately describe Heather. No single word could because she is much more, and with the sale of a relative’s condo, she demonstrated every adjective — and trait —a prospective seller would want in a Realtor: Professional. Aggressive. Smart. Considerate.

One deal fell through but Heather kept going and found another one very quickly. Nothing stops her. She was in constant communication, keeping us informed every step of the way.
Today, we closed on the sale in far less time than we had envisioned and at the sale price we wanted. We owe that to this “hurricane”.

Where do I start? As any other overwhelmed, frustrated, and defeated millennial in this housing market, my husband and I worked with another agent for a few months with no success. After doing some research, I reached out to Heather and right away, I was confident that she would help us find a home when I told her how overwhelmed we were and she said “don’t worry we’ll get through it!” And she was absolutely right. Within 3 weeks, we had an offer accepted on a home and Heather helped us physically, emotionally, and logistically throughout the whole process. She truly found a solution for every obstacle and kicked us (gently lol) all the way to the closing to get our keys to OUR home even when we had our doubts and were scared. My husband and I have been looking for homes for over four years. We dealt with various realtors that misguided us, didn't show us properties we would be interested in, and didn't help us understand the process of buying a home. With Heather, we closed on a home in under four months. She responded more than any other realtor we have ever had, was always quick to help give us feedback, made sure we understood the types of things we were getting into and was constantly on top of our various questions and concerns.

Her energy is unmatched, and we truly felt comfortable purchasing a home with her guiding us. She's incredibly hands on with us as buyers, but also with our mortgage company and gave us a lot of good recommendations for home inspectors, mortgage lenders, and various other things we needed or wanted.

We will definitely be recommending Heather to people in the future. We truly can't recommend her enough. They don't call her the Hurricane for nothing!

Thankfully, I found Heather Corrigan. Heather is amazing! She took my grandfather in as a client and they started looking at several favored houses.
