Heather Deason

A Colorado native who was transplanted to the Valley of the Sun over a decade ago, Heather has an enthusiastic love for travel and spent nearly eighteen years in the hospitality industry, primarily fine dining, where she wore many hats including her favorite as a Sommelier.

Heather retired the corkscrew a few years back to pursue a full time career in the highest form of hospitality, real estate, where she gets to combine her passion for people and property on a daily basis and she loves it!

Heather bought her first property in her twenties and has been hooked on real estate investing ever since. She is a landlord, a homeowner, an AirBnB SuperHost and will never let you buy a property she wouldn’t buy herself.

Heather is extremely passionate about what she does, cares deeply about her clients (who usually become great friends) and she can’t wait to be an advocate for you throughout your buying, selling, investing journey. Who knows, maybe we’ll even saber a bottle at closing ; ) !!
