Heather DeLuca

Heather has been a Chico resident for over 30 years. She has two children; they both grew up in Chico and attended Shasta Elementary and Pleasant Valley High School. She is proud to call this their hometown. Prior to being in Real Estate, she owned and operated three large health clubs. She is no stranger to hard work. She has won many awards and been recognized as one of the top agents in Butte County. Her biggest award is when she placed a family in a home they love! She is ethical, knowledgeable and treats her clients and colleagues with the highest regard. She works in real estate full time and does not sell lip stick on the side. She does have a sense of humor as well! When she is not selling homes; she is enjoying the great outdoors! One of her favorite spots in Chico is Bidwell Park. A true gem in this beautiful town. She enjoys running, hiking, and swimming. She also likes to eat! Yes, there are some wonderful restaurants here and of course, she love to BBQ. Work, workout, eat, spend time with friends and family. She also volunteers her time to the schools and various charity organizations. She believes that children are the future! Remember that song? Still singing it!
