Heather Ferris

I’ve had the honor of assisting civilian, government, and military families in the Northern Virginia community for over 11 years. As a top-producing agent at Coldwell Banker Elite, I’m proud to have consistently ranked among the best agents in the company, earning the title of Top Producer company-wide in 2020, as well as holding the number one agent spot within my office for several years.
Community involvement is incredibly important to me. I’m a proud B.O.O.T.S. (Bringing Occupational Opportunities To Students) Board Member at Stafford High School and the founder of the CBE Cares Closet at North Stafford High School, a program I established to support students in need. I am a 2025/26 Board Member at the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. Additionally, I’m a passionate mentor and coach to young athletes, serving as a cheerleading coach, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family in this unique community that thrives just south of our nation's capital. Whether I’m wandering Home Goods for staging inspiration or savoring local cuisine, my love for my community and my clients is at the heart of everything I do.
