I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! She was absolutely fantastic to work with and helped us buy the perfect house even in the middle of a truly wild real-estate market. Heather was communicative, knowledgeable, and meticulous and we felt like we were in excellent hands throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs and completely delivered, even with the added complication of our family doing most of our house search remotely, from out of state, and all the extra efforts that entailed. Working with Heather was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

Relentless dedication and a cheerful outlook were present from start to close with Heather. I needed a Realtor with local knowledge, excellent communication, and attentiveness; Heather delivered. She took the time to get to know my family and working with Heather was like having a friend in the business. With Heather’s excellent communication I never felt overwhelmed or lost in the process which is a reality as an out-of-state buyer. Heather was amazing with our remote walkthroughs relaying neighborhood impressions, interior fit/finish, and even smells of the homes we toured. Heather made me feel heard, important, returned communications quickly while always the consummate professional.

Heather was very responsive and took care of everything under her control and even went beyond her responsibilities to try to get the VA inspector on-site and doing anything else to help the transaction close as quickly as possible. There were a lot of challenges, but Heather always maintained a positive and professional attitude. I may have backed out of this deal if Heather had a negative attitude or made disparaging comments about anything. But she was always positive, respectful of everyone involved, and helped me be patient, which isn't easy.

As a real estate agent, Heather Field was very knowledgeable about the selling process, from beginning to end. She gave valuable tips for enhancing the interior and exterior of the house plus the landscaping. Heather is just the BEST. We are nice folks and all, but really not that easy to please. But Heather paid attention, figured us out before we could, and found us the perfect house. In the process she protected us from making a mistake in buying another house, and was relentlessly kind, cheerful, upbeat, and fun to be around. She’s also very informed about the whole area, super professional, and never ever once failed to answer a call or text within minutes. Our purchase process went smooth as silk, at least from our perspective, because she was on top of every detail. We highly, as in HIGHLY, recommend her!!
