This is my second home purchase with Heather. This time around the house was for my mom who's relocating to the area soon. Heather went the extra mile through the whole process. Not only did she work with me to show me houses, she would also Duo (Video Chat) with my mom walking her through the homes, answering any questions she had while listening to what she was looking for. After deciding on a house, my mom was in town prior to closing, Heather was still very accommodating to meet with her in person, show her the house and answer any outstanding questions. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. I'd recommend her to any one looking to buy or sell a house.

She answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the scary, but fun, adventure of buying a home for the first time. Heather is FANTASTIC!!! We don’t live in Florida so Heather went out and investigated each one of our selections very carefully with videos, FaceTime, etc. and honesty. Our mortgage company was very tough to work with and Heather went above and beyond to play referee to make sure we closed on our place. Heather should get 7 stars out of 5. Thank you Heather!!!

We saw that Heather clearly has a high awareness and very firm grasp on the market. Not only did she navigate a process for us that required negotiation, great advice, and a pain in the butt lender, she ended up saving us some money overall. Besides being in the real estate market she is also very savvy with the rental market, being invested there as well. I would recommend her to my dearest friends and family.
