Heather Goldin

Heather was born and raised in Illinois and graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Communications and Graphic Design. Having lived in IL, IA, WI, GA, she now calls Florida home. She married her high school sweetheart Robin, and they have 3 children. They live in River Strand Golf & Country Club which is where she conducts over 80% of her business. She works full time, but enjoys yoga, tennis, reading and watching college football.
Over $8.7 million in sales in 2017 and a 98.8% list/sold ratio is proof that Heather understands the market. As a customer-focused professional who believes in clear communication and efficient organization, Heather takes pride in ensuring that home buyers and sellers have the tools they need to make informed decisions. Specializing in River Strand while maintaining a healthy knowledge of the surrounding area she is the “go-to Realtor” with other agents when they have questions about River Strand. Living in the community allows her access to current information to answer a variety of questions that other agents and their buyers may have. She offers tours to interested buyers and their agents accessing areas that are usually restricted. If a customer needs assistance in another geographic area she has a select group of Realtors which she can recommend.
