About Heather

Heather Harwell is a native Charlestonian. She was born in the "Holy City" and grew up on James Island where she
currently lives with her husband Matthew. Their son Brent is a nursing student attending Clemson University. After finishing high school Heather attended the College of Charleston and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications.

Heather has worked in banking and closed real estate deals as a paralegal. She loves analyzing the market and understands the customer service and negotiating skills necessary to get homes sold. She became a realtor in 2005 and received the Rising Star award her first year. She is very enthusiastic about assisting her clients and building relationships. Heather's native familiarity with and love of the Lowcountry are great assets that she has to offer clients wishing to make Charleston their own. Heather currently works out of the Folly Road Carolina One office on James Island with her Lowcountry Living Partner Deborah Ashman Wooten.
