We cannot recommend Heather enough! We were lucky enough to find her to help us through buying a home for the first time, and we found our dream home in this crazy market! Heather’s communication and responsiveness is excellent, as well as her knowledge about the western suburbs. She learned our preferences really quickly and we never felt like we were wasting our time. Definitely didn’t know what to expect buying a home for the first time but Heather made it as easy as possible!

Heather is the absolute best and we cannot recommend her enough. I'm a first-time homebuyer and wasn't sure what to expect, especially in such a crazy market. I am SO happy we found Heather as she helped us navigate it all with ease. A non-comprehensive list of the reasons we loved working with Heather:

1). She listens. We initially gave her only 1 or 2 sentences about what we were looking for. She immediately articulated all of this back to us in a way that showed that she understood us better than we even did ourselves. She just totally got us and our style from the get-go. She also sent us a handful of houses that were in the locations we wanted, in the price range we communicated and all in our style.
2). She brings amazing people to the table. When Heather recommends folks, listen. She only recommends people who live up to her own high standards and share her same work ethic. We won the deal because of the collective team Heather built. Everyone went above and beyond and had steller local relationships and reputations. All of this made a huge difference and worked in our favor.
3). She is SO good at what she does. She knows the market, the area, she listens to what you want, she educates without pressuring. You will always feel that she has your back and your best interest in mind because she truly does.
4). Not only will you like her, your buying and/or selling teams will as well. This matters. Her reputation and her ability to forge authentic and meaningful relationships get deals done.

I am not someone who writes reviews, but I just had to write one for the incomparable Heather Kinealy. Selling a home is a stressful process, especially when one is selling their home for reasons that are not in their control. Heather was an angel put in my path. As a professional, Heather is at the top of her game. I can't say enough about her comprehensive knowledge of the industry. Heather's communication throughout the process was also greatly appreciated. I always knew what was going on and my questions were answered immediately every time. She truly made me feel like I was her number one priority at all times. In addition to her professionalism, Heather proved to be someone I could trust. I feel like I made a life-long friend...that's how supportive she was for me through the entire process. Heather Kinealy is someone you want on your team, for sure. She has earned my highest respect and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable real estate agent.

I'll start with the fact that Heather was our buyer's agent. We opted for a flat fee listing service, which turned out to be fine (but you get what you pay for). We didn't think we'd have a problem selling and had sold by owner before, so that was our reasoning. I truly think if we had another agent representing our buyers, that we would have had many more issues. A difficult transaction was made seamless and stressless because of her. She is VERY good at what she does and truly puts her heart into it, making sure every single detail is covered in a friendly, personable and professional manner. Because we weren't represented by an agent, she helped where needed and was always in constant contact. Did I forget to mention that we had already left the state and moved cross country when we closed? Heather personally sent our "furniture check" via Fedex because of the current situation with closings, she wanted to make sure we received it with no issues. Every step of the transaction was overseen and we were informed of every detail. A lot of what she did was way above and beyond what we felt was her "job" but as a person, clearly she is genuine and caring enough that it carries over into her career. So very impressed, B&W is very lucky to have her on the team. We are forever grateful for her professionalism, enthusiastic personality and thoroughness.

We looked at quite a few houses that ended up being disappointments but she kept bringing in new ones while providing some excellent advice. My wife and I met Heather while she was covering for a coworker trying to sell a house. We bought the house and used her as OUR agent. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, and knows so many area neighborhoods. We used her again to sell the same house and she knew the current market so well! She suggested a higher asking price and we sold it for asking price. She made us more money. She also did an amazing job finding us an amazing new home. We worked with Heather for over a year in anticipation of selling our home and moving to another state. She was tremendously helpful in this process. We needed a guide to help prepare our house for the sale. explain things as we progressed, be available to answer our questions and be a therapist when our anxieties peaked. Heather was all of this - and more! She brought an interior designer in to plan colors and design ideas to help us best present our home. They later returned to stage the house when we listed. After the staging, we fell in love with our home - it was more appealing to us than it had ever been when we lived in it. Heather also walked us through the home prior to listing and advised on work that should be done (and things we could ignore) to put ourselves in the best position to sell. We remained in contact with Heather over the course of 9 months while we overhauled our home and prepped it to list. Throughout that time she was available to answer questions, offer suggestions and counsel us as we worked through a sometimes difficult process. Moving is a big deal - one of life's biggest events - it really helped to have Heather's support and wisdom throughout. We listed our home and it sold quickly - even before we had found another home! We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to list their home.
