Twenty-three years ago, Heather began a career in Real Estate in New York. She quickly rose to become part of the ELITE TOP 5% of Realtors doing 95% of the business. Being a Broker in New York in the late 90’s means that you can make it in any real estate market.

Ten years ago, she took a trip to visit her family who lives in Flagler. Sadly, this visit was different as her mom was suffering from Alzheimer’s. After visiting her mom in the nursing home Heather sat down at Flagler Beach. Knowing her mom no longer recognized her she felt very overwhelmed. While she sat and watched the ocean waves with her feet in the sand it was then that she realized her mom’s spirit was right beside her. In that moment she fell in love with Flagler Beach and the serenity and beauty it offered. She religiously came back to visit this magical and artsy beach town that her mom called home and now the place she gladly calls her home, too.

Three years ago, she moved to Flagler permanently to enjoy a better quality of living. Living in many of the neighborhoods in the area before settling in Flagler Beach, this gave her a great personal knowledge of the area! She is intertwining her years of experience in real estate, marketing savvy and business expertise to offer the best cutting-edge services to the area.
