Heather recently helped our family sell a family home, and I can't say enough positive things about the work she did on our behalf.

From our earliest interactions, when we were screening listing agents, she stood far above the competition, with much more detailed knowledge about the local market, about zoning issues, about qualifying potential buyers, and about all of the dozens of smaller issues that can complicate a home sale. At more than one point, she rescued the final negotiations when a family member made things unnecessarily complicated. Linda, her assistant, was also extremely helpful and accessible in moving things along.

In addition to her professionalism and competence, I have to add that she was a pleasure to work with. She was always available but never intrusive, and used a deft touch to steer the whole process to an optimal close.

I can't imagine anyone providing a better experience than Heather and Linda did for us. I, and the other members of my family, highly recommend her.

We were moving from Chicago to the Concord area and had zero time to find a house. I came across Heather on Google, called and left a message. She called back incredibly quick and was so nice. She asked all the right questions before we flew down (which was that week) to be ready with houses to look at once in town. We had all of 2.5 days with her. And in the crazy housing market of 2021 on top of it! We saw so many houses in that couple of days and she never once got bothered with us. She defiantly went above and beyond for us!
