Heather Liwski

Born and raised in sunny Southern California, Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California (USC).

After a successful career in sales and marketing negotiating with the world's number one retailer and top consumer product goods companies, Heather turned her attention to volunteering in her community, spearheading major fundraising initiatives to fund physical education, the arts and STEM labs for local schools.

Heather has 20 years of personal experience in San Clemente real estate, buying and selling in up and down markets, managing vacation rentals, and negotiating and supervising long term leases. Heather is part of a coastal Southern California family 84 strong, from Santa Barbara to San Diego. She enjoys surfing, tennis, reading and, most of all, making memories with her husband and two girls in their San Clemente forever home.
