Heather Maddox

Heather is a true Puget Sound-area native, with roots going back in this area for more than one hundred years— she is local and couldn’t dream of living anywhere else. She grew up in Renton, went to Western Washington University, lived in West Seattle for 10 years at the beginning of her career, and now lives with my family in Renton. This long-time familiarity with the region helps her represent clients who have both lived here forever, or who are moving there from somewhere else.

With most well-positioned homes receiving pre-inspections, multiple offers, and often more than the asking price, it is imperative, whether buying or selling, to use the aid of a full-service Broker.
