I spent 13 years of my career (previous to my move over to individual Residential Sales) in Real Estate Advertising & Marketing. I understand how to maximize Buyer interest Internet Marketing, Pricing Strategy & how to optimize algorithm search behavior.
I also have advanced training in Divorce transactions, plus I am a Certified Estate & Probate Specialist (so I have a deeper understanding of Trust Property sales as well), so I am better equipped to guide my clients through these difficult circumstances. These types of property sales often have heightened emotional aspects, technical complexities, and procedural intricacies that most Realtors are not accustomed to, yet are often inherent to these types of sales.
