Heather is so great to work with. We met during an open house and instantly knew that we had found our person to help with our home purchase. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and always had answers to any questions that we sent her way. Above all else she is very personable, professional plus just a person that you can relate to. We also discovered that we are fellow pet lovers and practically neighbors. We highly recommend giving Heather a call if you are even considering a home sale or purchase.

Heather has been absolutely wonderful from first contact to even now post closing. We were a relocating military family looking to buy our first home from another state in this current seller's market. Scary stuff, right? Never with Heather. She puts in the work and truly cares for her clients. I could go on and on about her professionalism (whether it was her knowledge of VA loans and getting us in touch with a great loan team, always being available for questions, sticking to what we were looking for, thorough video walkthroughs, crafting offers, handling last minute closing hiccups, etc). But I think it's more important to acknowledge how wonderful her overall spirit and enthusiasm is. Not once has she ever been rude or short or anything less than positively cheery with us, even though I know she has got to be busy and tired! lol And she never let us lose hope. Ultimately Heather didn't just get us in a house, she got us in a house we love and are so excited to make a home. We have truly appreciated her friendliness, expertise, honesty, work ethic, and more.❤️

I really loved the professionalism. Not to mention how Heather Nichole went above & beyond the call of duty. It's like I was dealing with family. Who only had my best interest at heart. I was looking at houses for just over a year before I asked Heather Nicole for help and the difference was night and day. I had spoken with many realtors from some of the big name companies in the Hampton Roads area and not one made me feel as at ease or confident as Heather Nicole. If I had questions, she almost always had the answers. And, if she didn't, she always knew who to ask or where to find it. Love love love Heather!!! She was amazing from the first time I texted her right to the moment I got my keys. She really made the home buyer process as easy as possible. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. She had numbers for everything that I needed, inspector, mortgage lender..you name it she had it.
