Heather Merenda brings over two decades of client service experience to her career in real estate. She recently joined the Gilbert branch of the respected firm Realty One Group. Heather specializes in Southeast Valley and Scottsdale markets. However, the longtime Arizona resident is familiar with all of Maricopa County and may provide information about its neighborhoods upon request. Prior to her work as a Realtor Heather spent 25 years in the fast-paced and competitive hospitality industry. In that previous career she refined her skills as a salesperson - repeatedly exceeding expectations. Heather knows that no detail is too small in business. Her professional reputation for accommodating clients' needs has allowed her to transition into real estate seamlessly.
