Heather Ovesen

Heather entered into real estate in 1999 working as an assistant to two Broker/Owners of RE/MAX in West Roxbury. After two years, she quickly advanced and went out on her own working in residential sales, appraisals, and restoring and developing properties. She then joined The Columbia Group, a boutique commercial real estate firm in Cambridge, where she worked with companies to facilitate their office space needs. Her time there would further develop her interpersonal skills, and expand her knowledge of market research and property value. In 2010, Heather returned to her first love, residential sales.

Heather's exposure to such a wide gamut of the industry has given her a solid grasp of the Boston market and neighboring communities. She has a unique understanding of the value of a home, allowing her to consistently place competitive bids and negotiate even the most stressful deals to a successful close.
