Heather is an amazing Realtor, but she is a wonderful, warm, and honest woman as well. She knows the business and all the components for pulling together a successful transaction. For those sellers who don't live on the mountain Heather will be your eyes and ears and has answers before you ask the questions. You'll always get the phone call and/or email with updates. Heather Purvis is a professional and dedicated realtor with experience. She sold our house fairly quickly after it not selling with another realty company. She made the process very simple and easy for us, while always looking out for the details and our best interest. She was very responsive and always available. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Big Bear area. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Heather was fantastic. She was very easy to get ahold of anytime and extremely accommodating in meeting with me, even with last minute requests. She has many years of experience and made me very comfortable. She has a very calm demeanor and never got ruffled when I had a lot of jitters during the buying process. She took everything in stride and just got things done. She was willing to help with lots of other things, too. She was raised and lives in Big Bear and arranged contractors she knew were good to give me bids on things I wanted done, and would even meet them at the property for me. Even after the deal closed and I was moving in, she had arranged two handymen to help me. When I was delayed and couldn’t make it in the time frame they were available, at the last minute she talked her own two nephews who lived in town into coming over to help! That saved me! Overall Heather went beyond the call of duty, knew what she was doing, and made what can be a nerve-wracking experience, comfortable. I highly recommend her!

Heather did not disappoint me from the start. I called one other realtor before her, but I she didn't pursue me. Heather, on the other hand, stayed in contact with me at all times and spent a good amount of time to explain things to me and helped me understand the financial process. I would recommend Heather to anyone who is looking for a highly knowledgeable and efficient realtor.
