Heather adopted Cookeville, Tennessee 23 years ago. She moved here from northeast Ohio, where she was the Client Coordinator for a real estate office for approximately two and a half years. She has been a Realtor for 22 years and loved the real estate industry ever since she answered her first call from a prospective buyer. It gives her an exciting opportunity to help buyers find homes and sellers make a move. Heather loves helping people achieve the American Dream. When she is not working (which is rare), she enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, their son Barrett Matthew, and their little girl Hadley Ellen.

Heather offers service above and beyond what is normally expected in The Highlands of Tennessee. She believes the essence of her job is more than simply buying or selling properties. It is about building trusting relationships with the people she works with in the Upper Cumberland. She feels that this friendly spirit allows her to easily connect with her clients, and it lets her show them how to make the most of their Upper Cumberland real estate experience. She specializes in representing her clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property around Cookeville, Algood, Rickman, Livingston, Sparta, Baxter, Monterey, Gainesboro, Clarkrange, and surrounding areas. She keeps current of all transactions in these areas, and she is also always familiar with the current active MLS and for sale by owner market.
