Hailing from Morganton, NC, Heather moved to Charlotte the day after finishing college at UNC-Asheville. While in school, Heather majored in Marketing/Management, and minored in Economics. She was heavily involved around campus including participating in intramural sports, she was a member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority, and was homecoming queen. She went on to receive her MBA in Marketing from UNCC.
Upon moving to Charlotte, she instantly fell in love with The Queen City! Heather has lived all over, including Steele Creek, Southpark, Uptown, Lake Norman, Cornelius, Plaza Midwood, and now in NoDa, where her and her husband built their dream home four years ago! Heather loves living in the NoDa area because it reminds her of Asheville, with its prime location and easy transportation into the city! She and her husband wanted to be closer to the live sports, events, and other happenings in Uptown, but they also love being able to walk to grab coffee at Smelly Cat or grab food from the hotspots that NoDa includes.
In her free time, you can find Heather and her husband with their 3-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son at the parks around Charlotte, attending events, concerts, or games, working out (Love you Shaun T!), running, baking new recipes, or just outside with the family enjoying live music and being together!
Her expansive knowledge of all the various neighborhoods and areas that make up the greater Charlotte area provides her a unique skill set when helping her clients in their home search; she knows all the hidden gems and where the best places to eat, shop, and enjoy are in each area!
