Heather Smith, RENE, SRS, SFRS, and American Warrior REALTOR® is a third-generation contract-writer and REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her strong passion for education and helping others.
Before getting into the real estate business in 2006, Heather previously taught at a private school in Layton as well as worked in home design for many years. One of her favorite design claims to fame is winning the kitchen design award in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Heather is a Utah State University Aggie with a degree in Human Resource Management and minor in Communications. Both areas come in handy with agents, transactions and hosting crazy fun events.
In the 1995, after experiencing a seizure, Heather was found to have a brain tumor and went into battle with cancer. After 2 brain surgeries (and the many prayers and generous help of many friends), she is grateful and excited to say she is still cancer free! Since then, she has spoken at women’s retreats and been called on by Huntsman Cancer Center and many cancer groups to help others fighting through similar experiences to win the day.
As a very active Realtor® and Associate Broker for iPro Realty Network, Heather leads her agents in representing buyers and sellers and considers education - both of clients and agents - an important part of her role as a Realtor® and mentor. Clients can make better, more solid decisions with knowledge and knowledge is power!
A lover of all things Marvel, Chocolate, and Rocky Mountains, Heather lives in Riverdale, Utah, with her husband James, their son, a white German Shepherd, and 2 cats who wish to remain anonymous. She gets crazy excited over Star Trek, Superhero movies and FanX/Comic-Con and will tell you all about meeting Captain America and Bucky if you ask. You've been warned!
