Heather Sniffen

Heather is a Florida-native, raised in Manatee County. Having resided locally for over forty years, she has witnessed the area’s tremendous growth, recalling times before the installation of the I-75 corridor when the community was primarily rural and orange groves dominated the landscape. Entering the real estate profession was a natural progression for her. She grew up enamored with architecture and enjoyed going to her grandfather’s job sites, who was an architect and engineer practicing in Detroit. As a Realtor®, she believes in the value of relationships, follow-through, professionalism, and integrity.

Prior to real estate, Heather worked as a Compliance and Quality Control analyst for a Fortune 500 company. Her experience in navigating complex regulatory requirements and her skills in data gathering and statistical research enable her to provide her customers an accurate and comprehensive picture of a rapidly shifting market.

With strong ties to the community, Heather's civic affiliations include confirmation by the County Commissioners to the Manatee County Historical Commission. Previously serving as the Treasurer of the Cotillion Club of Manatee County. Life Member of the women's club Entre Nous, a civic group with a long and storied local history that awards annual scholarships to residents of Manatee County. She is proud to be a past board member of the Manatee County Library Foundation, and a past member of the Junior League of Manatee County, and to have served numerous local fundraising campaigns, including the planning committee that hosted world-renowned authors Stephen King and John Grisham.
