Heather Strickland

Heather loves to share her love for her hometown with her clients. She grew up on Lake Lanier and continues to call North Georgia home. As a lifelong resident, she has experienced the tremendous growth that has transformed the area into a sought-after location to live, in close proximity to the lake and the North Georgia mountains.

Heather graduated from the University of North Georgia with a BBA in business marketing. She began her career in real estate before graduating, and quickly found gratification guiding and educating clients through the home buying and selling process.

With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Heather brings expertise, confidence, and unmatched enthusiasm to anyone looking to buy or sell. Her primary focus is residential sales, but she also has several years of experience in commercial sales. She recognizes and values the trust placed in her by her clients, and is committed to finding the property that best fits each client’s needs.

Outside of work, you can find Heather traveling, spending time on Lake Lanier, or enjoying the short drive to the North Carolina mountains. She loves to cook and celebrate even the smallest occasion, making her a considerate host – a trait that perfectly complements her career in real estate.
