Heather Sumners

Heather has over nineteen years’ experience as a licensed Realtor helping many buyers, sellers, and investors in finding the right property. Her interest in real estate began several years before obtaining her license when she and her husband purchased their first house from a bank and invested a lot of hard work and a little money to fix it up and sell it for a profit to buy their next house and start the process again (this was well before flipping was a thing). She found she had a knack for connecting people she knew who were selling with others she knew who wanted to buy and realized this was the right career path for her.

Heather strives to make the buying and selling process as easy as possible by providing her clients with all the necessary information (and more) for a seamless transaction. She works with buyers and sellers in various price ranges as well as investors. Because she has experience in flipping homes as well as property management she has a list of quality providers including inspectors, contractors, painters, plumbers, etc., to help her clients whether they need to spruce up their home to sell for the most money, or buyers who need help in putting their own personal touch on their new home, to investors who need a contractor to handle a large project.
