A little bit about Heather & Shannon Team. We are TWO full-time real estate agents who are motivated, truly enjoy what we do and have teamed up to provide you with top notch customer service. Heather Trevilion worked in interior design and has an eye for spatial planning/staging, the skill to neutralize a home so buyers can see themselves living there and a strong sense of creativity to easily generate new ideas for homes or renovations. ShannonAnderson worked in the educational system for many years. This experience has provided her with exceptional organizational skills along with the ability to teach you about the buying/selling of real estate. She is confident in delivering presentations to diverse groups of individuals and is adept at handling difficult situations with tact, so the outcome is positive.
After a decade in the industry, we have fostered great working relationships with other Realtors, Title Companies, Lenders, Builders, Inspectors etc…with the ultimate goal of a smooth transaction for local and out of town clients.
