A native of Hudsonville, Heather is married to her high school sweetheart and often has an abundance of sporting equipment in the trunk of her vehicle for her five children. After being raised in a family with multiple adopted children, Heather and her husband felt called to make a difference through adoption. Their crazy crew includes three biological sons, a daughter from South Korea, and a daughter from Vietnam. They are active in their local church, involved in many sports and activities, and love spending time together with family and friends – whether it is on a lake or in the snow.
