Heather is truly amazing! Was able to get our offer in on our new home and accepted in less than 24 hours and got our house on the market in a day and sold within 72 hours! Kept it very smooth and relaxed! I’m so glad I found Heather on Redfin when my husband and I were house hunting. Heather responded super fast and we chatted about what we were looking for in our first home buying experience. She was immediately able to schedule a few showings for the upcoming Saturday and that very same day we made an offer on a beautiful house we both love! Heather was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. My wife and I looked for over a yr for a house. Heather made herself available to show us places. During the actual sale of our residence and the purchase of the new place Heather again responded quickly to questions and was very available. She has a group of individuals to further facilitate. We used her recommended laywer and home inspector. As stressful of a time and process it was Heather helped make it as smooth as possible. I won't be moving anytime soon, like ever but I would use Heather again for sure

Our condo has been in our family for over 40 years. Originally purchased by my grandmother and then my mother, when it came time for mom to move into a senior living residence, selling it became both inevitable and heart-wrenching.

I met Heather maybe 8 years ago while at a previous employer and eventually we became Facebook friends. I learned of her Real Estate endeavor via social media and causally followed her successes as she shared them. When I saw she had won Top Producer from the Chicago Association of Realtors after less then two years on the job, I knew she was the one to help my mom transition to her new life.

Immediately I knew we made the right decision. Heather was professional, friendly and explained everything in terms we could easily understand. She was attentive and followed up promptly each and every time we had a question or concern. Her research of our market was spot on and she was not afraid to tell us hard news when the CoVid19 pandemic hit. Heather coordinated showings, always kept us immediately informed of offers and gave sound advice throughout. She worked masterfully with both our attorney and our home owners association.

If you are looking for everything I mentioned above, Heather is the agent for you. I highly recommend her.
