We began our working relationship with Heather about 3 1/2 years ago when we decided to move to TN. Since then, we have bought 8 properties through her. She works tirelessly to find just the right property for you. With our most recent purchase, we probably toured 15 properties before my wife and I (and Heather) agreed on the perfect one. She really takes into consideration what is best for you. We will continue to work with Heather because she puts everything she's got into finding just the right fit for our needs. My husband and I shared with Heather Waters our top 3 things we would want in a home. She checked off all the boxes and more. Never once did I have to worry or feel like things were not taken care of and moving forward to get us into the house of our dreams to retire on the river. She is tenacious. Kind hearted and professional. Thoughtful. I voiced a need and she had it covered that day. She has built a great team that works along beside of her. Our lender and title company was amazing too. Heather is one of a kind and you will not find a more dedicated or knowledgeable realtor. From day one she is right there for you doing more than you can imagine to get you to the sale of your house. Anything you ask her she is immediately responsive and caring. She took over a tough situation for us and then sold our house in a week and took us perfectly through every step to closing.
