If I could give Heather more than 5 stars, I would. She helped me buy a house in Chena Ridge below asking price and made the home buying process as painless as possible for me.

More than that, I was buying a house remotely and was juggling a move with a home purchase; Heather went way above and beyond in doing whatever steps in the home buying process to accommodate me while I was in Seattle. Heather has been absolutely incredible at every step of the first-time home buying process! She did showings with us for upwards of three months, advised us against places with flaws we didn't realize they had, advocated for us with our lender, and communicated clearly and often throughout. She was able to get us in to view homes quickly and efficiently even in this crazy housing market. The sellers and listing agent left trash on our new property and Heather absolutely went on the warpath on our behalf, resulting in its removal.
