Heather Winham

Heather Winham, a SoCal native who has lived in the East Bay for more than 30 years and now resides in Discovery Bay, began her real estate career in 2016. She previously worked as a mortgage lender before earning her real estate license, and since then, she has partnered in 50-70 transactions per year.

Heather learned the importance of discipline and perseverance at an early age, training with the Royal Academy of Ballet’s elite instructors, which led her to become an award-winning choreographer. She constantly pushes herself to reach beyond her potential, bringing the passion that has fueled her to succeed throughout her life into her role as Founding Partner at Prosper Real Estate. Heather’s mission is to do right by her clients by listening to their needs and going beyond to help them achieve their real estate goals. She treats each person she meets with respect and builds every relationship on trust.

During her career in marketing, Heather was the No. 1 tech salesperson in North America. This gave her the strong negotiation skills that she now uses in the service of her clients. Heather also credits her early career as a medical assistant with her ability to listen, understand, and anticipate others’ needs through kindness and compassion.

In addition to being the mother of two girls and two boys, Heather helped raise her brother’s three children — one of whom has autism. Her current partner’s daughter has Angelman Syndrome, and this personal connection has inspired Heather to support others in the community with disabilities through fundraising and volunteering. She is especially devoted to helping clients whose families have special needs find homes that fit their unique situations.

Heather’s mission is to help individuals and families Prosper in California and to build lasting, meaningful, trusting relationships with all clients.
