Heidi is just great! She is pleasant and professional. My wife and I appreciate the personal attention that she paid to make the most difficult part of the arduous task of our move to Temecula enjoyable. She lives in this community and knows the city and its neighborhoods quite well. She was generous with her time, reliable, and patient.

Searching to find a desirable house in unfamiliar neighborhoods in a new city is very time consuming and gets tiring very quickly. As house hunting wears one down, one may reconsider, reevaluate, and make concessions on one's desires, priorities, and preferences. Should this happen to you, you may feel like you have seen enough and want to get it over with. In the heat of the moment, you may settle for an option that you will soon after regret for years to come. This is why having a knowledgeable, caring professional realtor who understands the process and does not take advantage of your vulnerability matters.

Heidi is *not* a real estate agent, at least not the stereotype agent whose only concern is to close a deal and get her commission with the least amount of effort in the shortest possible turnaround time. She cares to learn and understand her clients' priorities, preferences, and standards. As an objective advisor, she engages her clients in discussing various aspects of each option to make sure they do not compromise on their priorities and standards. I would highly recommend Heidi and Ralph Bowser. Bowser Realty Group represented me and my wife in the purchase of our home in Murrieta and could not have made the transaction gone smoother. Heidi and Ralph were available at any time of the day, including text messages at 10 pm; were always at the home to meet inspectors, etc so that we did not have to take time away from work; and were very proactive in order to get the transaction closed in less than 30 days. Heidi and her Team were Absolutely Fantastic!

We had to move really, really fast; Heidi recognized the urgency of our needs and sprang into action immediately. Within 4 days of our first conversation, she had gotten me set up to see all the viable listings, viewed most of them (we saw 30 houses in 3 days), found our home, and submitted an offer, complete with counteroffers.

Thanks to her incredible responsiveness, timely communication, and expert advice, we were able to find our dream home and get into escrow in less than a week! And it is a home that is perfect for 3 generations of family members, making everyone happy (that in itself is tough to do, let alone in record time!)

We also had a super short escrow - just 21 days! Heidi and her incredible team were expertly on top of everything; they made sure nothing fell through the cracks, that we were protected, and that we had everything we needed for a smooth close.

What makes this even more interesting is that realty runs in our family... My mother was a realtor, and still has a strong realtor network. My best friend is a real estate broker, and I have an extensive network of friends and contacts in the real estate industry. The reason I chose to work with someone outside of my immediate network was because, the moment I found out how fast we needed to move, I decided that I did not want to put any strain on those personal relationships with the stress of what I knew we were about to face.

Heidi not only delivered exactly what I needed at the time, helping to protect friendships from the urgent and stressful business at hand, but has now become a strong part of my network; I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone I know, and have already recommended her to complete strangers!

And last but not least, even though I'm certain she had several other clients' needs to address, Heidi always made me feel like me and my family were her Number One Client. I know that isn't always an easy thing to do, and she pulled it off with grace and ease.

We had such a wonderful and somewhat unique experience with Heidi and Ralph. We were moving to CA to be closer to our son and couldn’t reschedule our date for home shopping due to work restraints. Heidi met our son and went home shopping with him as well as went to some homes I had favorited and FaceTimed me. We did end up buying a house that we didn’t step foot in prior and one that our son saw and fell in love with. From the purchase to the inspections and Beyond, Heidi and Ralph were on top of everything. They really know their stuff and were quick to get back with us on anything and we always felt like there was an open line of communication. It has been a real pleasure to work with Ralph and Heidi Bowser. I was named as Trustee for an elderly family member that passed away. As part of that responsibility there were 9 properties that needed to be sold. These ranged from vacant lots, a large estate home, midsize homes, beach rentals, duplex, triplex, and homesteaded properties. Locations ranged from the High Desert, 29 Palms, Yucca Valley, Long Beach, Santa Monica, Bellflower, Cypress, and Perris, California.

Many were tenant occupied which took another level of diplomacy, tact and professionalism to work with the tenants to show and sell the properties. All the tenants made a point of telling me how much they appreciated Ralph and Heidi’s flexibility, communication, warmth and empathy in arranging inspections, walk throughs, open houses, etc.

This was extra challenging during Covid and the cleaning/distancing protocols that were in place.

My wife was the first to meet with Ralph and Heidi. In the daunting and confusing world of trying to find help, she called numerous realtors from numbers on their signs. Ralph was the first to respond within a few minutes. Many never did return her calls. That attention to detail and sense of urgency was sustained for the entire time it took to sell all the properties. The high level of customer service never diminished. As you can imagine the sale of 9 properties had dozens of Open Houses, showings to other realtors and prospective buyers, numerous escrows that started and fell out for whatever reason.
Ralph and Heidi brought to the table an outstanding team including, Marketing, Video, Photographers, Website/Social media Advertising, Appraisers, Title, Escrow, Legal, referrals for Trades people, a comprehensive approach.

At all times Ralph & Heidi kept us informed of the progress and status of each sale.

I am so thankful for all the hard work that Ralph and Heidi did to support me and the family. It is without reservation that I would recommend Ralph and Heidi Bowser for any real estate business you are considering. They are honest, trustworthy, loyal, fair, knowledgable, hardworking, and just all around solid good people that you will soon come to call friends.

Wow what an experience! We are a young military family, first time home buyers and just got married. We moved to Murrieta when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton. We were tired of renting and wanted our own home. We were referred to Heidi and Ralph by friends who also used them to assist in buying a home. We had no idea of what to expect or what we could afford. Heidi and Ralph met with us to gain a better understanding of our wants and desires and connected us with a local lender. They found us the perfect home and negotiated such a great deal that the day before closing the sellers wanted to cancel because they felt they sold their home to low based upon the upgrades they put into their home. The Bowser’s weren’t worried at all. They worked with the Brokers, listing agent, and guided us in discussions with legal counsel and within 2 weeks our home closed. We love our home and would have given up on it if it wasn’t for the Bowser’s and their team. They helped us understand every step and guided us through the toughest 2 weeks of thinking we were not going to close on our dream home. They are masters of the process, business minded and are great negotiators. They truly stand behind their word and go above and beyond for their clients to ensure the best client experience. Due to the complexity of the transaction, I don’t think any other realtor could have done what they did for us. They never gave up and never took No for an answer. When my father passed away, I thought selling his home would be a major ordeal. However, Ralph and Heidi Bowser jumped in to advise our family and the Trustee on what needed to be done to receive the highest price and multiple offers. They stepped us through the entire process always communicating and being available to answer any questions our family had on the process and status. Their efforts to keep things as stress free as possible was greatly appreciated. Their approach and plan worked just as they said it would producing multiple offers over the list price that we collaboratively establish. Ralph and Heidi’s negotiating skills are top notch beating our expectations on the selling price and repairs requested.

Heidi and Ralph Were Amazing! We Were So Blessed to have them as our agents. They took so much Stress off our plates from helping us not only find places within or below our budget, but also talking with other realtors/ property management for new builds with us making sure we were taken care of Right and not taken advantage of ! Which was beyond greatly appreciated. They have so much knowledge and experience, they ask about things that you wouldn't even think to ask in the moment while looking/ touring a house especially the new builds. I guess that's how they get over on you while your distracted thinking of your dream model home and not mentioning extra cost and upgrades that coat extra to make it that way and that they make you think are included when they are not ect. but Heidi and Ralph both made sure that didn't slide. They also made it to where you were not overwhelmed and can remember each home you looked at and what you Loved most about each home as well as disliked to help with process of elimination from what you like from most to least. They also just took the time to listen to you, your concerns, what you really have your heart set on and they just read you and your expressions in knowing what you like and when you expressed you found the one or a home that could be the one vs not. They definitely pay attention to detail in everything and help you find what your looking for, from the houses, locations, realtors/managements, but most of all YOU The Clients and your Happiness above all. They Go Above and Beyond and Once you find that dream home They fight hard for you to make sure you get it and don't get taken advantage of during negotiations ect. They really gave us not only peace of mind but so much support, especially being new home buyers for the first time, anytime we had questions or didn't understand something they were always there and we could text or call them day or night and would get a reply almost instantly. Heidi was AMAZING! We stumbled upon Heidi by accident. We were interested in viewing a property and she was the listing agent. That house ended up already being in escrow so she took down our information and what we were searching for and started sending us listings. Since we didn't have an agent she started helping us in our search for a home. She was VERY quick with her responses anytime we had any questions or anytime we were interested in viewing a property she was able to have us in there right away. She went above and beyond the call of duty for a realtor. She made the home buying process as painless as it could be and it went very smoothly.
