Heidi Carlson-Vermeer

In a profession drawing its members from many diverse backgrounds Heidi stands out as a true professional bringing extensive knowledge of real estate architecture design and construction and an outstanding level of service to her real estate clients. Her formal education as a structural engineer and her years of experience in commercial and residential development allow Heidi to excel at every level of the real estate transaction. Prior to earning her Real Estate License, she graduated with High Honors with a degree in structural engineering. For over 15 years she was a successful structural engineer and project manager with a portfolio of projects that include the design and development of: residential homes hospitals hotels commercial office space retail space and community centers to name a few. Her passion for residential real estate began with her first home - a 1930's "fixer-upper". Since then, she has completed many home transformations and historic property restorations. She is known as "Heidi the tool time girl" from her hands-on ability to self-perform construction and renovation work on her home renovation projects. Heidi specializes in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. With every listing along with wide angle interior and exterior photos Heidi drafts and renders a floor plan of the home to help potential Buyers visualize the property. She also can produce floor plans and 3-D models to help her clients visualize their concepts. With her experience in home renovations design and construction she has the unique ability to evaluate properties and help identify items that may be inspection concerns or suggest updates or other revisions that could add significant value. Known by her clients and colleagues alike for her tenacity honesty fairness and hard work Heidi also enjoys the reputation for quick and timely correspondence to each client's needs and concerns. She credits the values and work ethic instilled in her by her parents and her upbringing on an Idaho potato farm and dairy as being vital to her professional success. Heidi lives in north-central Phoenix with her husband Brent a Commander with the Phoenix Police Department and their 3+ rescue dogs.
